Jim Iyke says it's not his place to judge whether T.B Joshua is real or fake

10 ways to know you are a SEX ADDICT

sexy-black-couple-kiss
Sex addicts don’t believe in emotional connections. The only thing they want is a person who will help them in fulfilling their urge for sex. They usually tend to remember their sex partners only up till sex.
1. You have secret sex lives
We are not talking about hiding your carrying out normal day to day activity in secrecy. We are talking about cheating your partner and living two or more lives. The different lives could be – a normal life with your partner and the second could be secretly visiting strip clubs or hiding while watching pornography. The point here is, if you have a secret sex life, in spite of being in a relationship, then it’s time to raise the red flag.
2. Compulsive masturbation
Masturbating once or twice a week to get sexual pleasure is good and healthy. But what about masturbating even though you are aware that the act will make you late for school or work? Sex addicts are always preoccupied with the thought of having sex all the time and to overcome this they may frequently masturbate to get pleasure. Compulsive masturbation can happen to a sex addict at any point of time, theaters, workplace or while travelling. As the urge progresses, it may become increasingly destructive and vicious which will ultimately lead to sadism or suicidal ideas.
3. Porn addiction
We don’t mean watching porn with your partner when you try to heighten sexual pleasure. Pornaddiction in sex addicts is a different story altogether. Sex addicts can view pornography right in between of a meeting, just to fulfill their sexual urge. This addiction can interfere drastically in an individual’s personal and professional life.
4. Your relationships only last till the first sexual encounter
Sex addicts don’t believe in emotional connections. The only thing they want is a person who will help them in fulfilling their urge for sex. They usually tend to remember their sex partners only up till sex. And want to get away from their sex partners right after sex.
5. The only thing on your mind, all the time, is sex

Sex addicts have a difficult time focusing on any thing other than sex. This is why habits like porn addiction, excessive masturbation, one night stands and deviant sexual habits set in and become part of everyday life.
6. You want many
You are happily married, your partner supports you, but you always sneak out to others for sex. You are not satisfied with one sex partner, but you want many. In spite of being aware of the problems, you go away and have sex with strangers just to feel happy and pleasurable. This is an alarming part of a sex addicts life.
7. Do not care about the consequences
You see a certain dangerous sex act or position somewhere and you can’t wait to try it out by yourself. Sex addicts don’t care about the outcome of certain sex position. Sex addicts are ready to put their life as well as the life of others in danger to carry out sexual behavior.
8. You are a voyeur
Sex addicts receive sexual gratification when they see someone naked or witness others participating in sexual behavior. Dr. Vihang says, “Just to see someone naked, sex addicts can go to any point, they can climb pillars. In spite of being aware that their act will get them arrested, they will continue their act of stalking others.”
9. You neglect important tasks
Just to enjoy the pursuit of sex you are ready to neglect your day-to-day important activities. When you are in the flow, you do not care about your job, work or the safety of others.
10. Sex is a source of happiness
Similar to the way alcoholics and drug addicts hold on to their substance abuse, a sex addict uses sex to cope with his or her problems. He feels immense joy after performing a sexual act. A sex addict uses sexual behavior as a weapon to combat pain, distress and agony.

Osita ‘Paw-Paw’ Iheme Now Rotary Ambassador

Osita Iheme, Paw-Paw, MFR, Rotary International, Ambassador

Osita Iheme, the Nollywood actor better known as ‘Paw-Paw, may be a pint-sized man but what he lacks in height, he has made up for in greatness.
The star of many Nigerian movies who is a recipient of national honour of Member of the Federal Republic, MFR, has now been made an Ambassador of ‘The New Generation’ by Rotary International.
The Imo State, Nigeria, born ‘small man’ got decorated at a Rotary International event which was held at the National Theatre in Lagos.

Iyanya Will Not End Well Yvonne Nelson

Iyanya and Yvonne

It is apparent that Ghanaian star actress, Yvonne Nelson, is still very bitter over her split with Nigerian singer, Iyanya Mbuk. The Nollywood actress is not in a hurry to forgive the ‘Kukere’ crooner for hurting her after she spent over 8 months of her life dating him, giving him her ‘waist’ and love. She is angry that after all she did for him, Iyanya still had the heart to leave her. The distraught Yvonne further said that her ex-lover will not end well if he continues breaking ladies’ hearts.
Iyanya needs to be more honest and be a man of his words. It’s not good if he keeps taking advantage of women. My mum always says any man who takes advantage of women won’t end up well. It’s called Karma; it’s going to come back to you. He will not end well,” the heart-broken Yvonne said. She further advised the ‘Your Waist’ singer to “treat women fairly and be an honest person.”

7 worst type of relationships that are best avoided

by Heather Jensen

Couple hugging on a couch
This is the type of relationship that could be happy, but there really is no independence in their relationship at all
1. THE TAKE, TAKE, TAKE RELATIONSHIP
The very first relationships that are best avoided is the take, take, take relationship. This relationship is full of nothing but taking! Either your partner is constantly taking from you or you are constantly taking from your partner. It’s a relationship that is not about giving at all, which is not good for anyone. This is a relationship that you need to get out of as soon as you can, otherwise you could lose yourself completely!
2. THE ON AND OFF AGAIN
The on again and off again relationship is one of those that is really hard to be in, because you never, ever know where you stand in this type of relationship. If you are in an on again, off again relationship, get off the carousal and really see if you can figure out if your boyfriend or girlfriend can commit to you completely.
3. PLAYER COUPLES
Ah, this has to be one of the worst types of relationships out there, as it is full of cheating. Believe it or not, there are a lot of couples out there that cheat on each other – but are still in a relationship with one another. Why? Well, it’s unclear, but they have gotten really sneaky at hiding the fact that they are cheating on each other really well.
4. CLINGY COUPLES
These are the couples that can’t get enough of each other, that have to do everything together and they almost come as a pair, instead of individual people. They hardly ever use the term ‘I’ and instead, it’s all about the ‘we’. This is the type of relationship that could be happy, but there really is no independence in their relationship at all, which can be damaging if they do happen to break up.
5. TOO MUCH DRAMA
Oh, the drama in this type of relationship. This is a relationship that you just wish that they would break up, because they fight about every single thing, no matter what it is. They also don’t care who is there, because why would they? It’s their relationship and you are just living near it.
6. THE DOMINATING RELATIONSHIP
This relationship is all about who is the most dominating and who is the most controlling. It’s a power-struggle relationship, where both of the people are really trying to figure out who has the most power and who is going to tell the other person what to do. It’s a tough relationship to be in – all of the time.
7. THE ‘COMFORTABLE’ RELATIONSHIP
Finally, this is a relationship that a ton of people fall right into. It’s a relationship that is built around comfort, not necessarily love or need. It’s a relationship that isn’t necessarily bad, but it’s just contentment and settling and who wants that? Don’t you want a relationship that is packed full of love and want?

If I have sex, I will sing about it”, Gospel musician, Maheeda

When Maheeda made it known last year that she had given her life to Christ, people received the news like doubting Thomas. It was felt to be her latest strategy to market her brand to real stardom.

Her conversion was really doubted by everyone because of her past life, as at then, which was heavily characterized by her uploading seminude pictures of herself onto the internet.

The said pictures were so racy that they went viral immediately and she became an overnight sensation. Now, from every indication, the Oko Yanpia singer who became a gospel musician when she became born again, is no longer born again.

To use the proper expression, she has backslided. She has returned to her old ways of posting vulgar pictures, and videos as well this time, of herself on the internet.

She quietly returned to her old ways over a month ago and the public is just catching on now gradually.

One of her fans who caught on early enough however challenged her subtly way back on August 9th. With the Twitter handle, @adeyinkailesanm, he asked her if it was true that she was into gospel music. Maheeda’s answer was definitely not representative of a gospel musician.

“My music is based on life. If I have sex, I will sing about it,” she responded.

When reporters called her on the phone, her phone didn’t connect. A source close to her then told NE that it was likely she was out of the country, unless she had returned codedly

Republicans see shutdown fight shift away from 'Obamacare'

US House Speaker John Boehner (C), Republican of Ohio, walks through a corridor on October 5, 2013 at the US Capitol in Washington, DC
Washington (AFP) - With their leadership clinging to its strategy of demanding changes to the health care law, some rank-and-file Republicans acknowledged Saturday that ending the US government shutdown requires a new game plan.
Without question, a repeal or delay of the law known as "Obamacare" remains a top priority for Republican lawmakers, who for weeks have insisted on making any bill that funds government contingent on rolling back President Barack Obama's signature domestic achievement.
But a handful of Tea Party-supported conservatives have publicly backed off that fight, one which caused deep rifts within the Republican Party and led to some very public sniping among Republicans on the Senate floor.
With the shutdown battle being subsumed by debate over the need to raise the debt ceiling in the next two weeks, they said the focus needs to shift to strictly fiscal issues.
"I won't be happy with that but I recognize the writing on the wall," congressman Doug Lamborn told reporters during a rare weekend session for the House of Representatives.
"We've tried a lot of things, and maybe used every arrow in our quiver against Obamacare. It has not been successful, so I think we do have to move on to the larger issues of the debt ceiling and the overall budget."
That is no small admission from the man National Journal named in 2010 as the most conservative member of the House.
He was joined by congressman Dennis Ross, another favorite of the anti-tax, pro-small-government Tea Party movement.
"Pride, I think, has got to be swallowed here, probably on both sides," Ross said.
"We're so close to the debt ceiling that I think the two will continue to be combined as we go forward."
The US Treasury says it will run out of money to pay creditors on October 17, triggering a potentially calamitous default unless Congress votes to raise the $16.7 trillion debt ceiling.
Despite the approaching crisis, Republican leadership suggested Saturday that "Obamacare" remained the lynchpin in the party's strategy.
"The Republican position has continued to be, no special treatment under the law, no special treatment under Obamacare," number two House Republican Eric Cantor said.
The White House has held firm that it will accept no changes to the Affordable Care Act, and Ross appeared frustrated with his party's failure to adapt to the political reality that linking Obamacare with the funding of government would be a non-starter.
"I think expectations were built up to a level that could not be delivered," he said.
Some conservatives were refusing to budge.
"We have to get something on Obamacare," congressman Jim Jordan told Bloomberg TV on Friday.
"If you want to get this country on a fiscal path to balance, you can not let an entitlement of this size that will truly bankrupt the country and, more importantly, one that's not going to help Americans with their health care. You can't let this happen."
The Tea Party flank has been criticized by Democrats like Senate Majority Harry Reid as legislative "anarchists" gunning for a shutdown.
"We are not a bunch of hard-headed fools," said Republican congressman Blake Farenthold.
"If we can come up with ways to fix the economy and get the same bang for the buck you would get with Obamacare, let's do it," he added, saying he envisioned negotiations on tax and entitlement reform in the debt limit fight.
"The Obamacare battle I think will live to be fought another day."
Republicans and senior aides say they want to extract some concessions for raising the debt ceiling, such as matching the debt ceiling hike with dollar-for-dollar reductions in federal spending.
"Not a blank check to the president. That's not in the cards," Lamborn warned.
As Americans steam over Congress's inability to keep government open, some Republicans were seeking an escape hatch, to the point of even bucking leadership.
Two-term congressman Scott Rigell told AFP he wanted to see Republican "individual members who perhaps are not in leadership, to identify in advance some solution set" that could draw enough bipartisan support for reopening government and raising the debt ceiling.
"If that comes from leadership, wonderful. If it comes from more grass roots, that may be needed."

BOX SCORE
ONTARIO, Calif. -- Xavier Henry and his fellow Lakers newcomers realize they've got a chance to take charge while Los Angeles' veteran stars take it easy this month.

Henry scored 29 points, Nick Young added 17 and the Lakers earned their first preseason victory in nearly three years, 104-95 over the Golden State Warriors on Saturday night.

Chris Kaman had 10 points and 10 rebounds for the Lakers, who had lost 10 straight exhibition games, including all eight last season. Los Angeles hadn't won a preseason game since Oct. 22, 2010, also in Ontario against the Warriors - not that coach Mike D'Antoni thought the mark had anything to do with his revamped club.

Why Catholic Priests Can't Marry (at Least for Now)

The Roman Catholic Church bars most married men from becoming priests, but that rule, could, in theory, be changed.
Priestly celibacy is rooted in tradition, not Catholic dogma, so the pope could change it overnight.
So far, Pope Francis has given little indication that priestly celibacy is on the chopping block. However, Archbishop Pietro Parolin, the Vatican's new secretary of state and Pope Francis' No. 2 man, has said the issue is open for discussion, though still a firmly rooted Catholic tradition. [Papal Primer: History's 10 Most Intriguing Popes]
Those who are happy with the current rules say priestly celibacy allows priests time and energy to focus completely on their flock and to emulate Jesus, who was unmarried, more faithfully. But those who would like to see married priesthood argue celibacy is so difficult for many men that it dissuades people from the priesthood and can lead to sexually immature people pastoring their flocks.

US Navy searches for 2 sailors after chopper crash

This US Navy photo received 26 March 2004, shows a US Marine aboard USS Wasp and an MH-60S Knighthawk helicopter
WASHINGTON (AFP) - A US Navy helicopter crashed into the Red Sea on Sunday and a search is underway for two of the five crew members, the military said.
The MH-60S Knighthawk was flying with the guided missile destroyer USS William P. Lawrence, part of a carrier group dispatched to the region to increase pressure on Syria.
The US Fifth Fleet said the helicopter was not downed by enemy fire, but ditched into the sea.
Three of the crew members were "accounted for and stable," said the US Fifth Fleet, which oversees naval operations in a wide area along the Gulf, the Red Sea, the Gulf of Oman and parts of the Indian Ocean.
In a statement, it said six ships, several helicopters and airplanes were involved in the search and rescue effort for the two missing crew members.
"The crash was not due to any sort of hostile activity," US Naval Forces Central Command, which shares a commander and headquarters with the Fifth Fleet, said in a statement.
"The incident is under investigation."
The ships involved in the search and rescue effort are the USS William P. Lawrence, USS Nimitz, USS Princeton, USS Shoup, USS Stockdale and USNS Rainier.
The Nimitz and its escorts recently finished a deployment in the Gulf and were diverted to the Red Sea as US vessels deploy off Syria to support possible strikes against Bashar al-Assad's chemical-armed regime.

Egypt court bans all Muslim Brotherhood activities

A member of the Muslim Brotherhood and supporter of ousted Egyptian President Mursi shouts slogans against the military and interior ministry near El-Thadiya presidential palace in Cairo
An Egyptian court on Monday banned the Muslim Brotherhood from carrying out any activities in the country and ordered the seizure of the group's funds, widening a campaign to debilitate the Islamist movement of deposed President Mohamed Mursi.
"The court bans the activities of the Muslim Brotherhood organization and its non-governmental organization and all the activities that it participates in and any organization derived from it," said the presiding judge Mohammed al-Sayed.
The court ordered the government to seize the Brotherhood's funds and administer its frozen assets.
The army-backed government is waging the toughest crackdown in decades on the Islamist group, which says it has a million members. Security forces killed hundreds of its supporters and rounded up thousands more since Mursi was deposed by the army on July 3 after mass protests against his rule.
The Brotherhood won parliamentary and presidential elections after veteran autocrat Hosni Mubarak was overthrown in 2011.
Army chief Abdel Fattah al-Sisi's toppling of Mursi triggered a political crisis in the Arab world's most populous state, with the Brotherhood insisting that a military coup robbed them of power.
The court decision is likely to drive more Brotherhood members underground and it may encourage young Islamists to take up arms against the state.

On his relationships with Karrueche Tran and Rihanna:

"Relationships are the most difficult part. That’s why I was honest with those two girls and I put out that video. My ex and I broke up because of the “situation” and she had moved on. I fell in love with another girl. Then my ex came back, so it was like, 'What is a man to do?' I told them both the truth. I didn’t do the sucker role."

On the media:

“The media is full of yellow journalism. A lot of things I say, they will flip it. Instead of them getting off on all the positive stuff that I do, they will bring out the negative and draw out that story.”

Nigerian John Obi Mikel broke his 185-match English Premier League goal drought at the weekend by scoring for Chelsea in a 2-0 win over Fulham.

JOHN OBI MIKEL (Chelsea)
Nigeria midfielder Mikel finally scored his first Premier League goal for Chelsea in a 2-0 win over Fulham. The 26-year-old holding midfielder, whose two other Chelsea goals came in the FA Cup in 2007, hooked home a half-volley from a John Terry knock-down in the 84th minute at Stamford Bridge.

KENYAN CATHOLIC LAWYER SUES PILATE OVER CRUCIFIXION OF JESUS

The conviction of Jesus Christ by Pontius Pilate may be the most famous court verdict ever and perhaps the most consequential, since it led to Christ’s crucifixion and the founding of a global religion-Christianity. Now a Kenyan lawyer want to overturn Pilate’s decision, though he wants to keep the faith flowed from it. The selective and malicious prosecution of Jesus violated his human right Dola Indidis, a Roman Catholic who is petitioning the international court of justice, based at The Hague, to nullify Jesus conviction and death sentence. Indidis, a former spokesman for the Kenyan judiciary, accuses Pilate who was the Roman governor of Judea, of judicial misconduct, abuse of office, bias and prejudice. That may be the case, at least in the view of believers and many bible scholars. But getting a court to rule on a 2,000-year-old case from an outlying province in a long defunct empire will not be easy.
Indidis, first brought his case before the Kenyan high court in Nairobi in 2007, but the court refused to hear it, saying it lacked jurisdiction. Now he is turning to the international court of justice.

Dear LIB readers: A man wants to pay me off to leave my girlfriend

From a male LIB reader
I've been dating this lady for about two years now and she has been pressuring me to propose. We are both 29 and sincerely I am not ready to get married but I do like her and want to continue the relationship but amazingly about a week ago I got a call from a man offering me N500, 000 to end my relationship with her. The man is my girlfriend's ex-boyfriend who went to America 7 years ago. He's back in Nigeria now and wants to marry her but she told him she's in a relationship with me and can't leave me. I think he believes he can get her if I'm out of the picture hence the offer. I really like this lady but N500, 000 is a lot of money, I'm tempted to take it, especially since I am not ready to settle down. If I take it would that make me a bad person? I want my girlfriend to be happy and getting married would make her happy, so I would be doing her a favour by letting her go I think.

Pastor Bans Hair Weaves in His Church

Pastor Bans Hair Weaves in His Church

The senior pastor at Resurrecting Faith Church in Waco, Texas has advised his female congregation not to wear weaves to church. 39 year old Pastor A.J. Aamir said he grew wary of looking out over his congregation and seeing a sea of hair weaves. Pastor Aamir feels women wearing weaves presents a false image of themselves and are associated with women who have low self-esteem.
“Our black women are getting weaves trying to be something and someone they are not. Be real with yourself is all I’m saying,” Pastor A.J. Aamir told AmericaPreachers.com.
He said he “highly disapproves” of women wearing weave in his church, where the average age of the congregation is 22. Meaning most female members wear weaves.
“Long hair don’t care. What kind of mess is that? I don’t want my members so focused on what’s on their heads and not in their heads. I lead a church where our members are struggling financially. I mean really struggling. “Yet, a 26-year-old mother in my church has a $300 weave on her head. No. I will not be quiet about this.”
But why is a pastor concerning himself with a woman's hair? I thought it was more about what's in your heart and soul and not what's on your head? Anyway, I'm sure he’ll change his mind when tithes and offering decreases. Then he will be yelling 'All weaves aboard' Lol. #kidding. Your thoughts?

The Downtown 2 Saturday 6/22 After 4pm

The Downtown 2 Saturday 6/22 After 4pm

The subway was very crowded for a Saturday.
And you were there, in your funky little gray hat,
With your oversized brown leather bag,
Your khaki shorts and sandals.
It was like a moment from a movie.
We were maneuvering around each other,
and then the train switched from express to local.
I really don’t get the sort of feeling I got
With just any subway rider!
And I sensed maybe you felt something too
when our hands touched.
But then I exited, and I suspect
I’ll never see those beautiful brown eyes again.
It is, after all, a city of 8 million,
And maybe you’re just visiting for the summer.
If nothing else, I hope you know
you made an unpleasant subway ride
into something magical.

Ice Coffee Man and Ice Green Tea Woman

We were walking side by side today,
When curiosity got the best of me,
and i asked if you were drinking ice green tea.

We briefly discussed tonight’s maybe full moon,
that it’s the 3rd day of summer,
that far rockaway is rod,
Highline is ok but far away.
You mentioned you had just graduated,
I told you about my small biz.
Wishing I had asked for your number,
Or invited you out.
I white guy, goatee, shorts,
Green 70s shirt, painter, dj, poet.
You, asian, female, long hair
with blonde highlights, and a great voice.
Talk more? Meet somewhere
In the middle
under full moon?

Because...

....it’s summer I miss you the most.
People have come and gone
and yet somehow I know
that our connection was different;

I can recall the way you laugh,
Your touch (though we did not get enough).
So if you are reading this...
Xoxo

Central Park, 1st Day of Summer Holidays

N Train Monday Evening Rush Hour

You looked beautiful
In that blue and green summer dress.
You fidgeted, flipped your hair,
and looked at your nails.

I admired the red strap of your watch,
even before the mother and her son
forced me to fall into you at Canal Street.

Respond and tell me what I was wearing/holding.
